Did you know the conference room at The Launch Factory is available to rent for both members and non-members? Our conference room has a full-wall whiteboard, a Smart TV for presentations, and a 14 person table, with room for more seating around the perimeter.
This blog will give you a better idea of why renting a conference room at a coworking space is the way to go. Give it a read, then use the step-by-step directions below to book your time at The Launch Factory!
On the homepage, click “Login” in the top right corner.
Click “My Account” at the top.
Choose the “New User” button at the bottom.
Fill in your personal details, and click the “sign up” button.
From the homepage of your account, click the calendar icon, under “What’s on.”
This calendar shows the availability of the conference room and collaboration space. The collaboration space is the seating area outside of the conference room with couches, whiteboards, and a Smart TV, and is only available to be booked by members. Time slots that have already been booked are blocked out in purple.
The conference room is $35/hour, and is available for non-members from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
In the column for the conference room, click the starting time slot you need. Double check that the dropdown menu lists the correct resource, and then choose your ending time. It’s not necessary to fill out the notes section!
